Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and undertaking M&A insurance due diligence engagements, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance strategies.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, other advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • ACII (full or part qualified)
  • Proven experience in general insurance, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • M&A transaction and/or project management experience, with a deep understanding of the risks and challenges involved.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
