About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Promotion Operations function for Amazon Fresh's Online and In-Store channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute promotional plans that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions across channels
  • Analyze promotional performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in promotion management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with promotions and/or the grocery sector
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial metrics, with ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
