About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Provide Detailed Reports: Offer clear and concise recommendations based on diagnostic findings, ensuring seamless communication with team members and customers.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience: In vehicle diagnostics, with a strong background in vehicle systems and components.
  • Diagnostic Tools and Software: Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software, including a keen eye for detail and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
