We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions into the purchase ledger.
- Match invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets and reconcile supplier statements.
- Provide reception cover and process documents as required.
Requirements:
- 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department.
- Experience using Sage or a similar package.
- Experience processing high-volume purchase ledgers.
