We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Melton Mowbray. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a luxurious care home that offers Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for 88 residents.

Responsibilities- Lead by example to create a positive and efficient atmosphere in our home.
- Coordinate shifts and respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and e-learning to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Hold a SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be actively working towards this qualification.
- Have a kind, caring, and compassionate personality with excellent communication skills.
- A competitive salary of £13.50 per hour.

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
