We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Financial Manager to join our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group in Nottingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated individual to play a crucial role in managing the company's financial assets and liabilities, ensuring liquidity, minimising financial risk, and optimising returns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's cash management, funding, and financial risk management practices. They will work closely with the Treasury Analyst to review day-to-day cash management activities, including weekly reviews of postings and bank reconciliations.

The Treasury Financial Manager will also ensure cash balances are managed to agreed forecasts, prepare monthly cashflow for review by the Senior Group Accountant, and maintain short, medium, and long-term funding forecasts.

Additionally, they will own the Supply Chain Finance process relationships, ensuring regular relationship management is undertaken and the most efficient and cost-effective supply chain finance is in place.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Qualified accountant with understanding of banking and cash flow forecasting
  • People management
  • Analytical and problem-solving
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Ability to work at pace with a demanding workload including prioritisation skills and balancing pace with accuracy

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), training and career development, online benefits platform, and secure pension plan.
