Workshop Controller Job Description

At Perfect Placement, we are seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to join our successful Automotive Main Dealership in the Dudley area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work to technicians within the workshop to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure all associated administration is completed to a high standard, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Supervise a team of vehicle technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring the workshop is a safe place to work.

Requirements:
  • Previous working experience within a similar role, preferably in a busy automotive workshop.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
  • A full and valid UK driving licence.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £34,000, with OTE £45,000.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
