About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Primary School Teacher to join our school community in Barnet. As a Part-Time Year 3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students
  2. Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
  3. Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share knowledge
Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a primary school setting, particularly in year 3
  • Demonstrated expertise in the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively and foster positive relationships with students and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £35,000 and £45,000, commensurate with experience. Our school offers a collaborative and supportive environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
