Role Overview
National Nuclear Laboratory seeks a skilled ICT Support Specialist to join its team. As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line technical support to NNL employees. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting IT-related problems, including in-house software, hardware, and network issues.

Main Responsibilities
As a Technical Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the central point of contact between the IT team and users. You will receive, log, and manage calls from internal staff via telephone, email, and Instant Message. Your tasks will include:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support and troubleshooting IT related problems.
  • Troubleshooting basic network issues.
  • Escalating unresolved calls to the appropriate support team.
  • Managing tickets and ensuring all incidents are resolved in accordance with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
