Culinary Operations Director

Business and Industry seeks an experienced Culinary Operations Director to lead our food operations at a training centre for motor industry apprenticeships in Slough.

• Menu Development: Create and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our trainees, taking into account factors such as nutritional value, taste, and presentation.
• Cost Management: Manage food costs effectively, analysing sales data to identify areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of meals to our clients.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, reporting incidents promptly and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
