Conference & Banqueting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport.

• Act as a confident role model for new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Run conferences and events, from small board meetings to weddings, delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Liaise with event organizers to ensure all expectations are met and exceeded, providing a personalized experience for each guest.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, creating a fantastic environment for customers and team members to relax and enjoy their event or conference.
• Manage the department, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the management team to deliver consistently high standards.

• Excellent conversational skills and a positive outlook, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
