About the Role

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst Apprentice to join our IT Team at Getting In Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our staff.

Your duties will include setting up new PC's, installing, configuring and supporting computer hardware, software, operating systems and applications. You will also be required to set up new users to the network and de-activate leavers, log support requests and manage the ticketing system.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of computer hardware and software. They will also be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
