About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Hospitality team as a Front-of-House Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming, helping, and serving guests, as well as ensuring the front-of-house environment is always well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors
  • Assist with the servicing of food and beverages for events and outlets
  • Ensure the front-of-house environment is clean and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospitality and Retail teams to achieve excellent customer service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Clear understanding of food safety regulations and practices
  • Professional, motivated, and customer-focused individual
  • Exceptional people skills, both customer-facing and with other team members
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Valid driving license
