  • Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

About You
  • You will have experience of working in a supervisory role within the retail industry and enjoy working in a busy environment.
  • You will have experience of leading and motivating a team to successfully reach sales targets and KPIs.
  • You will be passionate about driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • You will have experience of record keeping and cash handling.
  • You will pride yourself on merchandising standards and the presentation of your store.
  • You will have good levels of literacy and numeracy and experience of using EPOS systems.
  • The ability to travel and provide cover at our stores in Blyth and Blaydon is essential.
  • Experience of using online platforms, such as Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay to increase online sales is advantageous.
