About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Solutions Expert to join our team at Birchman. As a key member of our SAP Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering SAP module solutions from design to implementation, providing consultancy to our existing customer installations, and working closely with colleagues to ensure solution delivery provides enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, gathering requirements and conducting As-Is & To-Be analysis and studies.
  • Prepare client Business Blueprint/design documentation and manage client requirements, advising on solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, data conversion, documentation, integration, and Go Live Support.
  • Map client technical structure to SAP best practice processes and develop best practice SAP customisation and configuration.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to new business development or on-selling opportunities as necessary.
  • Design and deliver relevant workshops, team lead more junior consultants, and provide coaching and training as required.

Requirements

  • Involvement in two or more SAP projects at a process and functional level.
  • Some to excellent hands-on functional configuration or technical development experience across one or more SAP modules, including full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Business process experience and knowledge of SAP integration across different modules.
  • Keenness to contribute to Birchman's offerings, methodologies, and ongoing improvement of supporting tools.
  • Ability to build customer-oriented collaborative relationships, working in partnership to deliver effectively.
  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and team working capability.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
