About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Internal Sales Representative to become a valuable addition to our dynamic sales team at ETL Systems. As a key player, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process, securing customer satisfaction, and actively contributing to surpassing our company's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Management Team in building and developing relationships with new and existing accounts and providing excellent customer service.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers for projects between £100 and £10,000 across all 3 of ETL's product families.
- Review and respond to all quotation requests in a timely fashion, ensuring all compliance, legal, certification, and shipping details are complete and accurate.
- Provide additional in-office support to the Sales Management Team during their time out of the office (holidays, exhibitions, customer visits) to ensure continuity of customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales environment.
- Good knowledge of applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- The ability to converse both over email and phone with customers from across the world professionally.
- A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business, or a related field.
- A demonstrable commercial background operating across an international landscape.
