Job Summary: Twin Group is seeking an experienced Social Program Developer to join our team. As a Social Program Developer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a high-quality activity and excursion programme that ensures integration of language learning with the social program. Your key responsibilities will include promoting the activity programme enthusiastically, attending an on-site staff induction, preparing and planning activities and excursions in advance, leading and delivering activities and excursions, and ensuring the integration of language learning with the social programme. You will also be responsible for supervising students during mealtimes, breaks, and free time, taking registers for all activities, excursions, and mealtimes, and attending all excursions, activities, and staff meetings. To be successful in this role, you will need a sports coaching qualification, a lifeguarding license (desirable but not essential), experience of supervising/coaching minors, safeguarding training, experience of working in a multi-cultural environment, customer service experience, and the ability to speak a second language. The salary for this role is £0 per hour plus holiday pay. This is a 0-hour fixed-term contract, and you will be required to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. The location is Eastbourne.
