Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join our Defence Insurance Litigation department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lawyers and assist with the preparation of case materials and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file court documents, pleadings, and other legal papers.\
  • Assist lawyers with research and analysis of complex legal issues.\
  • Organise and coordinate case files, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.\
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify details.\
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings as required.\
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities.\
  • Develop strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.\
