Hotel Culinary Graduate Role

Program Overview

The Hotel Culinary Graduate program at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their culinary skills and knowledge in a world-class kitchen environment.

As a Hotel Culinary Graduate, you will work under the direction of senior chefs to ensure that all food is cooked and presented to an excellent standard. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all kitchen areas, including equipment and tools, to safe and sound standards.

Working Conditions

As a Hotel Culinary Graduate, you will work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a high-volume and fine dining kitchen and be passionate and ambitious about growing within an innovative culinary environment. You will have completed or be in your final year completing a degree in Culinary Arts Management.
