Job Summary:

The Quality Systems Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and implementing quality, traceability, and food safety systems. This includes:

  • Ensuring product safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the sustainability strategy of the company
  • Conducting traceability and mass balances exercises as needed
  • Developing a trending system for key quality parameters to enable prompt action on non-conformances
  • Maintaining raw material, IP, and packaging information, specifications, and risk assessments
  • Implementing corrective and preventive action plans
  • Managing customer complaints and investigating reports

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A high level of analytical skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 3 years' experience in a quality, technical, or food safety supervisory role in the food manufacturing sector
  • Training in food safety level 3
  • A good understanding of quality systems and product compliance within a food manufacturing environment
