About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating various activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep residents informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
