**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Static Mechanical / HIU engineer / Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a High-end residential contract.

Key duties include:

  • Exchange of domestic central heating system components
  • Power flushing of central heating systems
  • Undertake plumbing tasks to domestic and commercial installations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be client-facing. A valid DBS check and trade certificates are also required.

Benefits:

  • No call-out hours
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Tablet and work phone provided
  • Full company uniform

Salary: £24-£25 per hour.
