We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Skincare Specialist, delivering exceptional client care and developing skincare conversations with customers.
- You'll be responsible for selling our unique brand differentiation and linking it with our ingredient stories, product benefits, and recommended homecare products.
- Your focus will be on fostering customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand.
- You'll create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating our brand journey as a story.
- You'll maintain high standards of hygiene in our treatment room, reception, and laundry area.
To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ 2 & 3 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification, experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, and excellent customer service skills.
