Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities, maintaining their independence, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with day-to-day tasks, personal care, and medication administration
  • Encourage social integration and participation in hobbies and interests
  • Organize and participate in activities that promote life skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Driver with a clean license (highly advantageous)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleepovers
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or recognized qualifications such as SVQ 2/3
  • Enhanced PVG certification
