Hospitality Staff Member

A leading independent contract caterer, Thomas Franks Ltd., seeks a skilled Hospitality Staff Member to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced catering environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
The role will involve preparing service areas for meal services, setting up, serving, clearing, cleaning, and storing food and beverage equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for adhering to company food standards, controlling wastage, and ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety policies and allergen control procedures.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Team working abilities, listening skills, and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Impeccable personal presentation, hygiene, and behavior.
- A Food Hygiene certificate is preferred.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible as necessary.
- Demonstrable verbal and written English skills.
