About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager - Real Assets. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to deliver and develop our real estate administration services, aligned to the Aztec Group brand values and strategic business goals.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional real estate and infrastructure asset managers.
  2. Transaction Execution: Collaborate with Investment Advisors, legal counsel, and other advisors on significant European real estate transactions.
  3. Financial Statement Production: Ensure timely and accurate production of clients' financial statements.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee compliance with internal and external regulations and manage associated risks.
  5. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and train team members to achieve their full potential.
  6. Cash Flow Management: Play a key role in WIP, billing, and cash collection processes.
  7. Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to team success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA legal qualification, or equivalent) would be beneficial, but not essential if the candidate can demonstrate sufficient relevant practical experience.
