Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Legal Counsel to join our team at Marsden International Legal Search Limited. As an in-house counsel, you will be responsible for advising on and executing key property transactions, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the business policies and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and managing external counsel for various property projects.
  • Drafting and negotiating essential transaction documents, such as development agreements, transfer documents, options, title certificates, and security agreements, in line with company policies.

This is a hybrid role where you will be working in the office 3 days a week. The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
