We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
- Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Good people skills and a love for swimming
- Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £16 per hour depending on experience
- Benefits package including holiday in line with the Working Time Directive and access to our pension scheme
- Discounted gym membership at £15.00 per month
