Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is a leading recruitment agency specializing in technical roles across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer Consultant to join our team.

Agricultural Engineer Position Overview

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the agricultural industry, preferably with commercial vehicle or construction industry background. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Service and maintain machinery from top franchises such as CLAAS and Horsch, adhering to manufacturer specifications for reliability and safety.
  • Identify machine defects, upsell services, and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults before initiating repairs.
  • Operate diagnostic software via laptop computer (training provided) and possess knowledge of various machinery in the agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction industry.
  • Hold a full driving license and be able to operate machinery on-site for testing purposes.
  • Work weekends during peak harvest season when required.
Agricultural Engineer Position Remuneration

We offer:

  • Salary: £32,500 per annum OTE based on experience, paid hourly.
  • Holiday Package: 24 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution.
  • Life Assurance including dependent's pension.
  • Overtime available (Mon-Sat time and a half, Sun-double time, BH Monday-double time & day in lieu).
  • Company Van.
  • Ongoing training as required.
