Mechanical Maintenance Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a static site in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including air conditioning, water treatment, and basic electrical duties
  • Carry out general building fabric maintenance
  • Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Mechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Able to gain Enhanced DBS
