About the Role

  • Providing personalised care to support daily activities, including personal care, life skills, and social interactions.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in recreational activities, local outings, and community involvement.

  • Maintaining accurate records of residents' activities, progress, and any incidents that may arise.

  • Assisting with general housekeeping duties and meal preparation to create a home-like atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £11.60-£12.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including career progression opportunities, a refer-a-friend scheme, health plan, and Blue Light Card eligibility.
