Job Title: Senior Planner - Delay Analyst

A motivated and collaborative construction planner with extensive UK build experience is sought by Bluewave Recruitment to join their team as a Delay Analyst. This specialist role involves working alongside claims consultants to provide expertise in delay analysis, construction claims, and disputes.

About the Role

This role requires the ability to analyse project schedules, investigate reasons for delays, and prepare clear and concise delay reports. Strong communication skills and collaboration with Surveyors and legal teams are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse project schedules using P6 to identify delays.
  • Investigate reasons for delays and their impact on projects.
  • Prepare clear and concise delay reports with P6 data.
  • Collaborate with Surveyors and legal teams on claims.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of planning & delay claims within the UK Build market is essential.
  • Experience in P6 and delay analysis is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
