Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Central Logistics Planner Specialist to join our Central Logistics team at our Glasgow Head Office. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all tanker servicing activities, ensuring that all tankering services are met within expected timeframes and maintaining strong working relationships with our depots.

The successful candidate will have recent and proven experience working in a Logistics Planner role, preferably within a high-volume environment. They should also be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all tanker servicing activities
  • Ensure all tankering services are met within expected timeframes
  • Maintain strong working relationships with our depots
  • Manage competing priorities effectively

Requirements:

  • Recent and proven experience working in a Logistics Planner role, preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
