About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities.

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with individuals to empower them to live their lives to the fullest, promoting social inclusion and independence.

You will provide person-centred support, helping individuals develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and assisting with daily living tasks.

The role may involve supporting individuals in their own homes or out and about in the community, using a vehicle provided by the company.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
