About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise-level client projects, working with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement industry-leading technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack
  • Leading the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 and its associated components
  • Working with the wider Microsoft stack, including Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Portals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client needs
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or professional services role with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience of the wider Azure/Office 365 stack, including Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions and WebJobs
  • Highly proficient in designing and deploying Dynamics 365, with experience of all configuration and customisation methods
  • Skilled at explaining and presenting solutions to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Full project life cycle delivery experience, including pre-sales, estimation, proposal and bid writing, project and team management
