Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on VAT consequences of insolvency processes
  • Providing VAT implications of complex restructuring processes
  • Liaising with HMRC on technical and compliance queries
  • Preparing VAT reports and deliverables
  • Supporting business development activities
  • Contributing to technical development of the wider restructuring business
  • Collaborating with the wider restructuring team and tax team

Key Skills & Experience

  • CTA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Strong UK VAT technical skills
