About the Role

Meliá White House is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Handyperson to join their team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for providing daily maintenance services on a shift basis, covering all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily patrols of public areas, replacing defective lamps as necessary.
  • Assist other maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to guest-related maintenance requests within the company's 10-minute response time.
  • Carry out SAP maintenance requests.
  • Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Spanish knowledge is advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
