Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Stock Office Clerk to assist with stock administration, data input, and stock allocations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, signing up PODs, and liaising with drivers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with a global leading company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock administration, including data input and stock allocations
  • Maintaining accurate records and booking diaries
  • Signing up PODs and liaising with drivers
  • Assisting with all aspects of stock control and investigation
  • Scanning documentation and handling telephone queries
  • Undertaking ad-hoc activities as required
Requirements:
  • Good planning, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • A good knowledge of stock inventory systems
  • Ability to work to specific deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent IT user, with experience of Excel, Word, and Outlook
