About the Role: Electronics Quality Control and Assurance Manager

Certain Advantage is a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced Electronics Quality Control and Assurance Manager to join our team in North East Hampshire. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our electronics manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality procedures and protocols.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
