Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner in Ultrasound. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our patients and contributing to the continued success and growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance with a focus on key measures.
- Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- CertAVP in Surgery.
- Ability to perform TPLO/TTAs or equivalent, spinals, fracture repair and complex soft tissue (e.g. perineal urethrostomy, TECA, BOAS, thoracotomy).
- Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
