Corporate Immigration Associate (Senior) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Associate to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our immigration department, you will be responsible for advising corporate clients on UK immigration issues and leading a team of Immigration Specialists.

About the Role:

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing expert legal and strategic advice to drive business growth and success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage a full caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality work standards.
  • PARTICIPATE in client reviews, preparing reports and presentations to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate immigration, with a strong track record of successful case management and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex immigration issues and develop effective solutions.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
