ASCL is seeking a Deputy Director of Member Support to join our team. This role will report to the Director of Member Support and will be responsible for supporting the leadership and management of all aspects of member support services within ASCL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director in managing a significant team of specialist support staff
  • Develop support strategies and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to grow and develop the Association's membership and improve member satisfaction and levels of retention
  • Optimise and develop member engagement opportunities
Requirements
  • Ability to lead, communicate and guide others drawing on previous experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range from £68,259 to £75,310 per annum
  • Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses covered
  • Generous package of benefits, including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension scheme to which the association contributes 9%
