About the Role

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of senior executives by providing actionable insights, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing colleague engagement planning, coordinating across departments, and driving key projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of performance reporting to reinforce strategic objectives and support external commitments;
  • Analysis and insight-driven decision making to drive performance improvement;
  • Financial analysis and budget management, including forecasting, cost management, and monitoring financial performance against targets;
  • Risk and control oversight, escalation, crisis management, and risk mitigation; and
  • Implementation of a robust governance framework supporting the board of directors, executive forums, and governance committees.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with functional partners to improve operational efficiency;
  • Support senior leadership in resourcing the business, including planning, forecasting, and talent development;
  • Contribute to the development of contingency plans, coordination of responses to emergencies, and ensure business continuity;
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda; and
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
