About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in paediatrics and a passion for caring for children with complex needs.
What You Will Do
As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care that meets the individual needs of each child.
