Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bar team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks and food offerings.
- Develop and implement effective bar operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink pairings.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the Bar area.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure The Blind Pig remains a leader in the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume hospitality establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
