Job Title: HR and Training Officer

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our client's team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver training modules and courses, focusing on HR policies and processes.
  2. Deliver training to approximately 250 staff members in a staged group format.
  3. Develop and deliver a training course for line managers within the business.
  4. Review and update the company's training courses to ensure they are relevant and effective.
  5. Perform various other Learning and Development/HR duties as required.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a Learning and Development or Training role, or an HR role with a training component.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Solid IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite.
