About Us:

Fleet Education Services is a leading provider of alternative and supplementary education in the UK. We work closely with schools and local authorities to deliver tailored tuition programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group tuition sessions to students in need of academic support
  • Create customized lesson plans to address the specific needs of each student
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 months experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a UK setting
  • Able to commit to flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success

Salary: £25-£35 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
