School Overview:
Our school provides a vibrant learning community that integrates pupils, families, professionals, and experienced staff. The provision focuses on academic and personal growth, with students holding Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP) reflecting a cognitive range within the MLD bracket. Placements are managed in collaboration with the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Curriculum and Pathways:
Our curriculum is organized around two distinct pathways based on cognitive profiles:
  • Pathway 1: Accommodating Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils in groups of up to 10, with at least four supporting adults per group. The curriculum emphasizes life skills and independence.
  • Pathway 2: Supporting 210 pupils in groups of up to 10, each with a minimum of two adults. This pathway's curriculum prepares students for employment, focusing on work-readiness and practical skills.

Estimated Salary: £90 - £100 per day, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
