You will work closely with Centre Directors to discuss current and future vacancies, support and administer the recruitment and selection process, and proactively source candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Centre Directors to discuss current and future vacancies
- Support and administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy launch to offer stage
- Review, screen, and shortlist applications
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Develop, maintain, and manage the talent pool in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure recruitment activities are prioritized and deadlines are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide advice and support to Centre Directors in line with recruitment policies and procedures
- Ensure a positive candidate journey from start to end
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure fees are paid promptly
- Proven end-to-end recruitment skills
- Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Understanding of industry trends and competition
- Skillful use of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Competence in varied interview techniques and assessments
- Promotion of employer brand and crafting compelling job descriptions
