Programme: Pensions Administration, Belfast – Industrial Placement – 25 months (12 months placement)

Working as a Pensions Administrator at Isio:

Pension schemes are a vital part of the UK savings industry, relied on by millions to provide a secure income in retirement.

Our third-party pensions administration team is founded on excellence, providing a first-class customer service to pension scheme members.

You will be involved in providing administration services to a portfolio of pension scheme clients, ranging in size.

You will be trained to manage all day-to-day activities across your allocated client portfolio as well as helping to deliver reports and ad-hoc projects.

Success in the placement may well lead to an offer to start a career in Pensions Administration after completing university without needing to apply.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working as part of a team.
  • Involved with the work done for our clients, including calculating individual member benefits, drafting communications, prioritising work, processing member and scheme events, assisting members with queries, preparing cashflows and disinvestment requests, participating in administration specific reports and projects.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, based on the national average salary range for Pensions Administrators in the UK.
